2018 CMAG Jewelry and Metal Arts Show Vendor Application
The Spring Show is now full! If you’re still hoping to do the show, you can register and you’ll be put on our waiting list
You apply online here or you can download a PDF to fill out and mail in with your check here, and Instructions for the applications are here. The deadline to apply to the show is is February 20th. Any applications received after that date are subject to a $50 late fee and will be placed on the waitlist. If someone is no longer able to do the show, you will be contacted.

A new program for the 2018 Spring Show is an Emerging Artists area. The idea of this program to help artists who’ve never done the Spring Show before ease into vending the show by providing them an easier experience. Emerging Artists pay a $100 fee for a 2 foot display case in a boot with the other Emerging Artists. They will be assigned a mentor– another vendor who has experience as an exhibitor at the Spring Show. The cases are provided along with lighting. The artists should provide their own display mounts for their work. There’s only a limited number of these spaces so interested artists should apply as early as possible.
CMAG Membership Form
You must be a member of CMAG to exhibit in the spring show. If you need to renew your membership, you can sign in here to renew your membership online or fill out this form and mail it in with your vendor application. If mailing in your application, you’ll need to include a separate check for your membership fee as it goes to a separate bank account.
Spring Show Gallery Submission Form
If you don’t have booth space at the spring show, you can still participate by submitting 5 pieces to the CMAG Spring Show Gallery. It’s a great low-key way to get your work out in the community and still be involved with CMAG. Entry fee for the CMAG Spring Show Gallery is $50. However, to encourage volunteers, we’re trying something new this year with the Gallery. We will waive the entry if you commit to working a minimum of 4 hours in the Gallery or Silent Auction during the show. You’ll also get the 15% commision rate rather than the normal 20% commission rate. We are particularly in need of volunteers on Friday morning (27th), starting from 8:00 am to 11:00 am, Saturday morning (28th) from 9:00 am to 11:00, & Sunday (29th) from 1pm until we finish tear-down. To participate in this volunteer program, you MUST REGISTER BY APRIL 20th! All of the specifics can be found on the Gallery Volunteer Information Sheet here. Silent Auction Donation Form
The Silent Auction Donation form will be available by February 1st. Please consider donating an item to the silent auction to benefit the guild’s education directive. The registration form for the Silent Auction is here. You are strongly encouraged to fill this form out & bring it with you when you drop off your piece or email to our Silent Auction Coordinator in advance, at the email below.
