Spring Show Information for Interested Artists

CMAG’s Spring Show is held as part of the Gathering of the Guilds, a collaborative craft show that takes place at the Oregon Convention Center each spring. The 2025 dates are April 25–27.

CMAG membership is required for participation. Since CMAG is a metal arts organization, there must be some creative metalwork by the artist in
each finished piece displayed. -
The three-day show runs from Friday through Sunday, with load-in on Thursday. The 2025 hours are: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM on Friday, 10:00–6:00 PM on Saturday, and 10:00–4:00 PM on Sunday.

There are thirty to forty booth spaces, six feet deep and four to ten feet wide. The booth fee varies by size. There are also smaller glass cases available for artists who would like to participate but don’t have a full booth setup.

There is a 25% commission on sales that exceed the booth fee, but the commission is reduced by putting in volunteer hours. For every volunteer hour logged, the commission rate decreases by one point – putting in the maximum of thirteen hours will result in a 12% commission rate. Participants can choose the committees on which they would like to serve.
